The "Manager of the Year" title has been awarded since 2014 in cooperation with the specialist magazine immobilienmanager by Feldhoff & Cie. Within the framework of the Real Estate Summit WOMEN, it recognises the outstanding achievements of female executives. Simone Ulmer describes the Women Summit as a project that annually brings together 100 female decision-makers from the industry to foster exchange, mutual learning, and network expansion. According to Ulmer, the award ceremony is one of the highlights of the day.
