Frankfurt-based flexible workspace provider k1 BusinessClub has expanded its office space in the Main Tower at Neue Mainzer Straße 52–58 on a long-term basis. By leasing additional units and concurrently extending the existing lease agreement, the company's rental space at this address grows to approximately 3,200 square metres. Advisory firm blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP), advised the tenant on the transaction.
With this consolidation and long-term commitment to the well-known high-rise in Frankfurt's banking district, the operator secures planning certainty and room for future corporate development. For blackolive, the completion marks the continuation of an established business relationship, under which the brokerage firm has previously secured office space for k1 BusinessClub on multiple occasions.
