The Lüneburg-based Graff Immobiliengruppe has expanded its holdings in the Hanseatic city of Uelzen through a substantial acquisition. The company acquired a commercial site on Am Funkturm covering a plot area of around 30,000 square metres. The premises feature existing buildings with a total commercial usable space of roughly 8,000 square metres. With this transaction, the company continues its strategic growth path in the region.
The structural fabric of the property dates back to construction years between 1981 and 1997. The focus is on functional warehouse and hall areas, complemented by an integrated retail sales section. In the past, this part of the building was used, among other things, as a specialist store for tools, timber, and hardware. The site is further complemented by approximately 100 parking spaces for customers and staff.
Infrastructure and logistical connectivity
A key strength of the site lies in its access infrastructure. The property benefits from two separate access points, connected via the street Am Funkturm and Hansestrasse. This layout allows for separate traffic routing for deliveries and customer vehicles, optimising usability for a variety of operational requirements.

Development into a business park for mid-sized enterprises
Graff Immobiliengruppe intends to redevelop the commercial plot step by step into a versatile business park. The site is to be tailored to the requirements of mid-sized enterprises in need of flexible commercial, storage, and operational space. Following the acquisition, the property will remain permanently in the private real estate portfolio of the Lüneburg company, underlining the long-term nature of the investment.
With this purchase, the property group is significantly expanding its footprint in Uelzen. The company already manages around 200 residential units and additional commercial properties in the Hanseatic city. The acquisition of the site on Am Funkturm thus represents a further step in strengthening its regional property portfolio.
