An acquisition solution has been realised for Güntzel Objekt-Service, a service provider from Villingen-Schwenningen specialising in industrial and building cleaning. AHAD Cleaning Company GmbH, also based in Villingen-Schwenningen, will fully take over the company's business operations on 1 September 2026. The corresponding contracts have already been signed, thereby securing the continuation of the business and its jobs.
Insolvency administrator Stefano Buck from the law firm Schultze & Braun confirmed the successful transaction. He expressed a positive view on the choice of an acquirer from within the industry, which offers the employees of Güntzel Objekt-Service a stable future outlook after a challenging period. All approximately 25 employees of the company will be taken over by AHAD Cleaning Company and have been fully informed about the current situation.
Continuity for Customers and Employees
Muhammet Ali Yerlikaya, authorised signatory and sales manager at AHAD Cleaning Company, emphasised the importance of preserving the business and its workforce. As a family business from the region, they are familiar with the industry and the work. The decision to take on all employees was therefore clear from the outset. For customers of Güntzel Objekt-Service, there will be no changes, as the established teams will continue their work. According to the new owner, winter maintenance services for the upcoming season are also secured.
The business operations of Güntzel Objekt-Service were able to continue without restriction throughout the entire restructuring process, achieving positive results. This allows AHAD Cleaning Company a seamless start after the acquisition. The investor process was initiated by the insolvency administrator even before the scheduled opening of insolvency proceedings on 1 August 2026.

After discussions with numerous potential investors, AHAD Cleaning Company emerged as the most suitable acquisition partner. Stefano Buck highlighted that the primary goal was not the quickest, but the best possible solution for Güntzel Objekt-Service. The successful conclusion of this process underscores the potential of insolvency proceedings as a tool for company rescue and job security.
In the search for an investor, insolvency administrator Buck was supported by allea consult GmbH, a service provider based in Stuttgart specialising in investor processes. The search for an acquirer became necessary due to a prolonged illness of the managing director of Güntzel Objekt-Service, which required a transfer of business operations.
