A large-scale letting has been successfully completed at the Lindbergh-Center in Hallbergmoos. Emslander Immobilien GmbH brokered commercial space of around 1,100 square metres in the building complex to the smart gym chain FITOMAT. The company secured the location on a long-term lease to establish a modern gym offering there in the future.
Exclusive advisory and opening in early 2027
The brokerage firm assisted with the transaction on both sides: Emslander Immobilien acted exclusively for both the property owner and the expanding fitness company. An implementation phase lies ahead before customers can use the new premises. The opening of the new gym space at the Lindbergh-Center is scheduled for early 2027.
With the conclusion of this long-term contract, the profile of the property is being targetedly expanded. By attracting operator FITOMAT, the property gains a high-footfall tenant that complements the existing local amenities.
Location advantages in the Munich airport corridor
