he Shenehon Center for Real Estate at the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business is seeking nominations for its 2025 Minnesota Real Estate Hall of Fame. Established in 2010, the Hall of Fame recognizes real estate leaders who have made a lasting impact on their communities through their business achievements and commitment to ethics.

    To be considered for induction, nominees must demonstrate exceptional business performance, adhere to high standards of ethics, and meet one of three criteria: retirement from their primary job, being at least 65 years old, or passing away. Past inductees have been trailblazers who started or grew businesses, achieving remarkable success through innovative projects and major transactions.

    Nominations for the Class of 2025 are due by June 15, with the awards ceremony scheduled to take place on November 12 at The Club of Golden Valley.
