ver the past two decades, Milwaukee's commercial real estate industry has seen significant growth in diversity thanks to the Associates in Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) program. According to a recent Wisconsin Policy Forum report, ACRE has successfully achieved its primary objective by providing career pathways for more than 300 people of color who have completed the program since its inception. This milestone marks a notable step forward in increasing representation and inclusion within the industry.
