nywhere Real Estate has acquired Home Sales Palm Beach (HSPB), a 48-agent firm based in Jupiter, with plans to integrate it into its ERA Powered division. HSPB founder Gregg Amaral will remain as managing broker and the team will continue to operate from their existing offices in Jupiter and Stuart. With an average annual sales volume of $120 million, primarily in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens, Amaral aims to expand his agent base to 100 within the next 18 months. This growth is expected to be substantial, with a focus on recruiting and training new agents.
Amaral was approached by several brokerages over the past two years, but chose Anywhere due to its similar commission structure. The luxury market in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens has seen pricey sales, particularly in gated communities like Admirals Cove and Old Palm Golf Club. With the recent rate cut from the Fed, Amaral expects buyers to return to the market at the $1 million price point, leading to increased activity in the area.
