Aperture Global: Luxury Real Estate Venture from LPT Realty

New brokerage brand challenges luxury market leaders, targeting agents seeking unified presence across states and global cities.

A
perture Global Real Estate, a new luxury-focused brokerage brand, has launched in 15 US states and four international locations. The company aims to compete with top brokerages like Compass, Christie's, and Sotheby's for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Aperture plans to onboard another 20 global markets in the coming weeks.

LPT Realty founder and CEO Robert Palmer said the new brand will offer a unified brokerage appearance, name, and stature across markets, appealing to agents who want cohesiveness across different states and global cities. This contrasts with LPT Realty's emphasis on agent choice and flexibility.

Aperture's launch comes as LPT leaders prepare for an initial public offering (IPO), which could happen as early as late 2025. The IPO would be the first residential real estate brokerage to go public since Real Brokerage began trading in June 2021.

Palmer explained that Aperture will compete directly with established luxury brands, targeting agents who want a strong brokerage brand and clients who buy and sell properties in different countries – the top 1% of global consumers. The company has announced Mercedes Saewitz, former principal broker at Compass, as its SVP of Operations.

Aperture plans to offer international sales services and a loyalty program for high-net-worth clients, including exclusive "Unobtanium" events that will provide unique experiences curated by the company.
