res Management and Slate Asset Management have agreed that their joint venture will purchase 36 convenience‑focused retail sites in Poland from Trei Real Estate for more than €300 million. The portfolio, called Vendo Parks, consists of contemporary, fully leased retail parks situated near Poland’s major cities. Leases are CPI‑linked, protecting tenants and investors from inflation, and the sites are anchored by key grocery and pharmacy tenants.

    The deal broadens Ares and Slate’s footprint across Europe and signals confidence in the country’s retail sector and the wider essential‑real estate market. Investors expect the Vendo Parks to deliver steady, inflation‑hedged cash flows and long‑term value creation. The transaction is expected to close by 31 December 2025, subject to standard regulatory approvals.

    Ares Real Estate, a globally diversified, vertically integrated manager, oversees more than 720 million square feet and $108.7 billion in assets as of 30 June 2025. Slate, active in Europe since 2016, has managed over 1,000 properties in nine countries, focusing on essential real estate that supports everyday life and logistics.
