A
riana Grande is a driven individual who has pursued her passions with determination. Her long-held desire to play the role of Galinda in Wicked finally came true, earning her an Oscar nomination for Jon M. Chu's film adaptation. Similarly, when she sets her sights on a property, she typically gets it.

Grande's real estate portfolio is extensive and varied. In 2012, she rented Francis Ford Coppola's former home in Hancock Park with her mother Joan. The 6,041-square-foot Tudor-style mansion boasted six bedrooms, a wood-paneled sunroom, and a gourmet kitchen. Grande installed a recording studio in the basement to support her music career.

In 2013, Grande invested in a French-style manor in Toluca Lake, which she rented with her mother. The 10,000-square-foot property featured seven fireplaces, a home theater, and a chef's kitchen. Although the rent amount is unclear, the property sold for $6.5 million in 2015.

Grande also rented a Mediterranean-style mansion in Benedict Canyon from 2015 to 2018. This secluded five-bedroom property had a marble interior and over 6,000 square feet of living space. In 2018, she purchased her first property in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, a 4,023-square-foot condo designed by Zaha Hadid for $16 million.

Grande shared the NYC apartment with Pete Davidson during their brief romance but sold it in 2021 for $13.5 million. She then moved to the Hollywood Hills and bought a contemporary home in 2020 for $13.7 million, which she sold for $14 million later that year.

In 2022, Grande purchased Ellen DeGeneres's former mansion in Montecito for $6.75 million. The historic estate featured unique features like two English half-timbered barns from the 1700s and an orangerie. However, she sold it for $9.1 million after a short stay.

While filming Wicked in London, Grande rented a private home with a home theater, private gardens, and high-end appliances. In 2021, she purchased a Bird Streets home in Los Angeles through an off-market deal for $8.9 million. Although the property's details are scarce, it boasts unobstructed views of the Sunset Strip.

Grande sold the Bird Streets home to rapper Bad Bunny in 2024 after divorcing Dalton Gomez in 2023. She currently resides in a 1,800-square-foot Hollywood Hills mansion acquired through an off-market deal with actress Cameron Diaz for $4.9 million.
