Associate of Alexander real estate duo turns himself in on sex assault charges

Accomplice in luxury real estate brothers' sex assault case surrenders

A
friend of prominent Florida and New York luxury real estate brothers has turned himself in to face allegations he helped them rape a woman nearly a decade ago. Ohad Fisherman, 39, surrendered at the Miami-Dade County Courthouse on a charge of sexual battery by multiple perpetrators after returning from his honeymoon in Japan early. He was released on $25,000 bond with collateral provided by his new wife and mother-in-law.

According to investigators, Fisherman assisted twins Alon and Oren Alexander in raping a woman at their Miami Beach apartment on December 31, 2016. The woman told police that the Alexanders and Fisherman took her into a bedroom where they held her down while taking turns raping her. She was instructed not to tell anyone.

This alleged assault is one of three allegations against the Alexander twins in Florida state court. They are also charged in a federal indictment out of New York for allegedly luring, drugging, and violently raping dozens of women between 2010 and 2021. An FBI agent testified that about 40 women have accused them of sexual assault, often in gang rapes.

The Alexander brothers, including Alon who attended law school and joined the family's private security business, deny the allegations saying any sex was consensual. They are known for brokering high-end property deals in New York City and Miami for clients like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
