This venture marks the latest chapter in Aston Martin’s expansion beyond the road, following the record‑setting Miami residences and the recently completed four‑bedroom townhouse in Tokyo’s prestigious Omotesandō district. The Daytona Beach Shores project spans roughly 215,000 sq ft and houses 86 luxury apartments across 18 floors, including two dedicated parking levels and two double‑height penthouse tiers that accommodate eight ultra‑luxury homes. Every unit boasts sweeping ocean vistas and direct beach access, while the building offers elevated amenities such as fine‑dining restaurants, a bakery, and communal spaces that echo the marque’s design philosophy.
