ndeavor Real Estate has appointed Andrew S. Levy as managing principal, with a focus on office acquisitions across the Sunbelt region. Based in Dallas, Levy will leverage his expertise to identify opportunities for the firm's $5.4 billion real estate portfolio.
"We've had the pleasure of knowing Andrew professionally and personally for over 30 years," said Managing Partner Jamil Alam. "We share a conviction that certain office buildings will generate strong returns during this market dislocation." Alam highlighted Levy's unique combination of relationships with capital sources and knowledge of Sunbelt office assets, which he believes will deliver immediate results.
Levy expressed his excitement about joining Endeavor, citing the opportunity to expand office acquisitions into new territories. "We intend to aggressively seek out assets positioned for success in the new office landscape," he said. Before joining Endeavor, Levy spent 20 years as senior managing director and co-head of JLL Capital Markets' Dallas office.
Levy brings over 30 years of investment advisory experience and has completed more than $25 billion in commercial real estate transactions, including major office deals in top Sunbelt markets. He will start his new role at Endeavor in January after winding down his work at JLL by the end of the year.
