Barron & Tessa Hilton, Real Estate Power Couple, Join Compass

Innovative duo turns open houses into events, aligning with Compass’s scale, tech, and marketing power.

B
arron and Tessa Hilton have decided to depart from Hilton+Hilton, the brokerage they co‑founded with Barron’s father, Rick, in 2024, and join Compass. In a joint statement they said the move is “strategic” and will better serve their clients in a highly competitive market. They highlighted Compass’s vast scale, advanced technology, and robust marketing tools while affirming their commitment to core values and to the agents who have been “trusted partners” throughout their journey. The couple added that the transition lets them concentrate on what they love most: delivering expert service to buyers and sellers.

Rick Hilton will continue as an independent broker under the Hilton+Hilton name. Parker Beatty, Regional Vice President for Southern California and Hawaii, welcomed the Hiltons to Compass, praising their client dedication and luxury expertise as a perfect fit for Compass’s mission to elevate the client experience.

The Hiltons, who were named to THR’s Power Brokers list earlier this month, began their careers at Hilton+Hyland in 2020, left the firm in 2022, and launched Hilton+Hilton in 2024. Their track record includes selling the Paul Williams Estate for $61.5 million, 419 St. Cloud Road for $25 million, and more recently representing tech mogul Lucy Guo in a $29.5 million purchase and Paris Hilton in a $63.1 million deal.

Known for turning open houses into immersive events—featuring art installations, couture showcases, gourmet food, and live performances—the Hiltons say these experiences “bring each home to life and define a lifestyle.” With Compass’s expanded reach, they look forward to taking this innovative approach to new heights.
