Barron Trump Enters Family Business with Luxury Real Estate Venture

Barron Trump reportedly launches luxury real estate venture with business partners.

B
arron Trump's luxury real estate venture, Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc., will not be relaunched, according to one of his partners. The company was incorporated in Wyoming on July 15, 2024, but dissolved shortly after the election on November 14, 2024. Carter Fulcher and Cameron Roxburgh, a former high school classmate of Barron's, were also involved in the project.

The venture aimed to focus on high-end real estate projects, including golf courses and properties in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho. However, when asked for comment by FOX Business, Roxburgh stated that the company will not be relaunched. Initially, it was reported that the venture was paused due to election-related media attention.

Carter Fulcher, a luxury real estate expert from Idaho, was the third partner in the venture. His family runs a prominent real estate firm in Idaho, and he is also the cousin of U.S. Rep. Russ Fulcher, an Idaho Republican who was not involved in the project. FOX Business has reached out to Carter Fulcher for comment.

President Trump's entry into luxury real estate began when he took over his father's residential company in 1971, eventually launching multiple high-rise buildings, hotels, and casinos that solidified the Trump brand.
