Barron Trump's Luxury Real Estate Venture Confirmed to Remain on Hold

Luxury real estate venture co-founded by Barron Trump to be discontinued.

A
luxury real estate venture co-founded by Barron Trump, the youngest son of President Donald Trump, will not be relaunched. According to Cameron Roxburgh, one of Trump's partners in the project, "As of now, the company will not be relaunched." The venture, Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc., was incorporated in Wyoming on July 15, 2024, but dissolved shortly after the election on November 14, 2024. Initially, the company planned to focus on high-end real estate projects, including golf courses and properties in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho. The venture's principal address was listed as Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida.

Roxburgh had previously stated that the project was paused due to election-related media attention, but now claims it will not be relaunched. Carter Fulcher, a luxury real estate expert from Idaho, was also a partner in the venture and is related to U.S. Rep. Russ Fulcher, an Idaho Republican who was not involved. President Trump's background in residential real estate began when he took over his father's company in 1971, leading to the development of multiple Trump luxury high-rise buildings, hotels, and casinos that solidified the Trump brand.

Barron Trump's luxury real estate venture remains on hold indefinitely in New York.
