Cohen has spent nearly 25 years with Barsh and Cohen, serving as President and Managing Partner for the past 11 years. As a seasoned real estate attorney, he brings extensive knowledge in titles, title insurance, commercial loan documentation, foreclosure, and creditor bankruptcy. His experience spans buyer and seller-side representation, title insurance policies, and complex commercial loan closings.
