The combined operations will operate under the Gaetano Marra Homes name, expanding their service area and market share in Connecticut.

    The merger brings together four offices and approximately 150 affiliated sales associates. This move strengthens the company's presence in New Haven County and positions it for continued growth across the region. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Bannon & Hebert was founded by top-producing agents Mary Ann Hebert and Donna Bannon in 1996, with a focus on ethics and client satisfaction.
