Tuff UT Park LLC also bought four buildings in the same Maplehurst Park Apartment area for $4.84 million from Knoxville Maplehurst Properties LLC. Ironhorse Wilbanks LLC sold an 8.8‑acre parcel and building at 6621 Wilbanks Road to Ames Knoxville Property Holdings LLC for $7.7 million. CBH Properties Knoxville II LLC sold the Christian Brothers Automotive location at 7676 Oak Ridge Highway to FCPT Holdings LLC for $4.65 million.
During the week of Oct 6–10, Knox County’s property records received 1,374 new documents. Among them were 305 trust‑deed loans totaling $98.38 million. The largest loan, $9.7 million, was funded by Home Federal Bank; the second‑largest, $4.88 million, came from Trustone Financial Union. A further 189 warranty‑deed transfers were recorded, worth $129.99 million, with 11 properties priced above $1 million and four commercial deals. The week’s biggest sale was a student‑housing development on W. Hill Avenue.
