T
echnology is driving innovation in the real estate industry, with companies constantly pushing boundaries through new products and partnerships. Here are some of the latest developments:

Inside Real Estate's BoldTrail has launched HomeSearch AI, a natural language search engine that leverages MLS data and computer vision to provide clients with an intuitive search experience. The tool also includes smart alerts and automated lead reactivation features to boost customer engagement.

Lone Wolf Technologies has unveiled Foundation Dashboard, a personalized agent homepage that provides a unified view of key business data, including pipeline activity, commission estimates, and goal progress. This complements the company's existing Foundation product, allowing users to customize their homepage with drag-and-drop widgets.

Rayse has secured a deal with Stellar MLS, the third-largest MLS in the US, to provide its platform to all agent customers at no cost. The Rayse platform helps agents demonstrate their value by tracking time spent on tasks required to close transactions and visualizing agent activity.

NextHome is aiming to include floor plans on all of its listings by July 1, 2026, powered by CubiCasa's property scanning technology. This initiative is driven in part by an increase in MLSs requiring floor plans for listings, but also as a way for agents to show their value and raise their worth.

First MLS has adopted RentEdge, a full-scale rental engagement and analysis platform introduced by RentSpree in June. The platform provides tools for analyzing rental units, marketing them, vetting potential renters, and fostering ongoing relationships with current and past rental customers.

Mosaik has signed three new partnerships: with Tennessee's Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR), EXIT Realty as a Premier Partner, and LeadingRE as a preferred partner. The firm offers a client-focused CRM platform designed to help agents strengthen their skills and compete in a digital-first world.

LeadingRE has welcomed AccountTECH as a partner, offering its darwin.Cloud software as a data hub for managing tasks like accounting, commission tracking, and reporting for brokerage companies. This solution prioritizes efficiency while placing the business at the center of everything they do.
