he Boston Globe has unveiled its annual list of top places to work in Massachusetts, featuring several prominent residential real estate companies. The rankings were determined by employee engagement company Energage through data from nearly 68,000 workers at 323 Bay State companies.
Companies were categorized into four groups: small (50-99 employees), medium (100-249), large (250-999), and largest (1,000+). Lamacchia Realty secured the top spot in the large category for the second consecutive year. Anthony Lamacchia, broker/owner, expressed gratitude to his team.
Other notable real estate companies on the list include Better Living Real Estate of Foxboro (No. 2 small category), MLS Property Information Network of Shrewsbury (No. 5 small category), and Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. (No. 17 overall). Advisors Living of Boston ranked No. 2 in the medium-size employer list, while Leading Edge Real Estate of Winchester secured the No. 5 spot.
Mortgage companies like Northpoint Mortgage of Sturbridge (No. 12) and Radius Financial Group/Radius Insurance Group of Norwell (No. 25) also made the cut. New England Development, a residential real estate development and management company, ranked No. 55 in the medium-size employer list.
