ince its inception in 1982, CREW Boston has been a driving force in promoting women's advancement within the commercial real estate industry. As the leading professional organization of women in this field, it provides a supportive community for growth and development.

    "We strive to offer opportunities that cater to all stages of a woman's career," says Laura Domenico, Executive Director of CREW Boston. "Our goal is to provide professional support, education, and networking opportunities that foster personal and professional growth."

    On March 12, 2025, CREW Boston will be honored as the most vibrant non-profit organization advancing women in commercial real estate at the Outstanding Women of 2025 award gala. The organization currently boasts over 600 members who benefit from its programs, seminars, and events.

    CREW Boston's 17 standing committees and networking groups facilitate discussions on topical real estate issues and industry demands. Members also gain access to key industry speakers, leadership training, and business development opportunities.

    In a recent Q&A, Laura Domenico highlighted the organization's achievements: "We host seven lunch programs annually featuring CRE leaders, as well as numerous smaller events focused on leadership training, networking, and building business relationships." The Annual Achievement Awards program honors members' professional achievements, while the charity golf tournament raises money for the CREW Boston Education Foundation.

    The foundation awards scholarships to female students pursuing careers in commercial real estate. With approximately 75 events per year, CREW Boston has made a significant impact since its inception, striving to develop and champion women's success within the industry.
