Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has added senior vice‑president Courtney Stanford to its Fort Worth team. Stanford, a CCIM, previously led SVN Dunn Commercial as managing director after joining in 2017. She is the daughter of former franchise owner David R. Dunn, who retired the flag after 19 years and now works as an independent broker.
Stanford chose Bradford for its strong Fort Worth prospects. The firm’s Fort Worth office, headed by EVP Todd Lambeth, is expanding. She will handle acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of industrial properties in the Mid‑Cities and southern/western Fort Worth.
Her track record includes over 60 deals worth $100 million, notably the recent sale of 8.28 acres at 4115 S. Great Southwest Parkway, Grand Prairie, for a multifamily project. Mentored by her father, she brings deep property‑management experience and is eager to focus on deal production.
Stanford co‑founded the Industrial Women in Real Estate North Texas chapter, served as its president, and is active in the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, SIOR North Texas, and the Fort Worth Junior League. She earned her CCIM in 2019 and was North Texas chapter president in 2024.
Bradford is enlarging its Fort Worth office at 500 7th St. The brokerage now has 28 brokers, five in Tarrant County. Read the latest “On the Move” updates.
