RAND JUNCTION, Colo. - The April Bray Report from BRAY Real Estate reveals a steady market in the area. Home sales in April 2025 totaled 267 units, a slight decrease of 1% compared to last year's 271 sales. However, this still marks an improvement over 2024 numbers. Year-to-date, 866 homes have sold, representing an 11.3% increase from the same period last year.

    The median sales price for April 2025 was approximately $400,000, a 2% drop from the previous year's median. Sales volume surged by nearly 19%, reaching over $300 million this year compared to last. Active inventory has also seen significant growth, increasing by 38% from last year and 10% from March of this year.
