illionaire hedge fund manager Jeffrey Feinberg has been trying to sell his 20,000-square-foot Brentwood mansion for two years without success. He's now listed it for rent at $250,000 a month through Engel & Völkers' Dan Malka. The four-story mansion, built by Ramtin Ray Nosrati in June 2021, boasts seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
Feinberg initially purchased the property for $44 million, then attempted to flip it for $48 million before dropping the price to $38 million. The hilltop estate features a unique blue-and-gold basketball court honoring Kobe Bryant, as well as a 10-car auto showroom, sports simulator, and 1,000-gallon aquarium.
The three-story home includes a soaring living room with a curved staircase, living moss wall, and succulent garden. Other amenities include a TV wall, sports-simulator room, putting green, basketball court, two swimming pools, and a 10-car auto showroom with floor-to-ceiling glass walls. A two-story guesthouse and movie theater are also part of the 1.3-acre compound.
Feinberg, who previously managed Soros Fund Management, now operates Feinberg Investments, a limited partnership investing his personal wealth. He's had success in real estate before, selling his Hidden Hills mansion to YouTube celebrity Jeffree Star for $15 million and owning a Malibu compound sold for $21.8 million.
