Brooklyn's Top Realtors Unite at Annual Real Estate Expo

Hundreds gather at The Refinery at Domino for Brooklyn Chamber's annual Best of Brooklyn Real Estate Showcase.

he Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce's Best of Brooklyn Real Estate Showcase brought together hundreds of attendees at The Refinery at Domino to celebrate the borough's top real estate projects. The event highlighted Brooklyn's dynamic development and growing real estate market.

    "This year's showcase is a chance for our community to come together and promote the best of Brooklyn," said Randy Peers, president and CEO of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. "These new developments mark another chapter in Brooklyn's rich history."

    The showcase featured over 30 projects, including residential spaces, historic restorations, and sustainable developments. The Refinery at Domino, developed by Two Trees Management, was nominated for multiple awards, including Commercial Office and Historic Restoration. Bonnie Campbell, principal at Two Trees Management, called it "a historic architectural innovation" that transformed a 19th-century manufacturing facility into a Class A office space.

    James Whelan, president of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), delivered the keynote address, discussing Brooklyn's evolving real estate market and highlighting sustainable development and community-driven projects. Other notable projects included MADE Bush Terminal, nominated for Historic Restoration and Industrial categories, and Powerhouse Arts, a new art fabrication facility in Gowanus.

    The showcase also recognized 1515 Surf, a cutting-edge residential building in Coney Island with a 100% electric design and the largest multi-family geothermal system in New York City.
