udge Huskey, CEO of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, has been ranked No. 50 among the most powerful leaders in residential real estate by the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) for the 10th consecutive year. This marks a significant rise from his previous ranking at No. 78 in 2023, reflecting his growing influence within the industry. The SP200 report, published annually by T3 Sixty, evaluates leaders based on their impact, reputation, and scope of operations.
Huskey has been leading Premier Sotheby's International Realty since January 1, 2020, overseeing its $8 billion real estate business as a Peerage Partner and the No. 1 Sotheby's International Realty affiliate worldwide. Prior to joining the company, he served as president and CEO of Coldwell Banker.
