urgan Real Estate is spreading holiday cheer with its annual Merry & Bright $1,000 Sweepstakes. From December 1 to December 20 at 11:59 p.m., individuals can submit photos of their exterior holiday decorations for a chance to win $1,000.

    The sweepstakes aims to capture the festive spirit that people display on their homes during the holiday season. "We want to encourage and share the joy of this time of year," said Patrick Burgan, broker and co-owner of Burgan Real Estate. "As people drive around to look at holiday lights, we're giving them a chance to be part of it."
