ormer home of Robin Williams in Sea Cliff listed for $20M goes under contract after over a year on the market. The 10,000-square-foot villa with unique features was initially listed for $25 million in October 2023. The price was reduced to $20 million in September, and it was marked as "pending" on Dec. 18. The Mediterranean-style house sits on a corner lot with nearly half an acre. The property was purchased by Williams and his then-wife for $3.2 million in 1991. The decision to sell was made as their children are grown, and they are looking to downsize. The sale is expected to be one of the top 10 priciest in San Francisco this year and the second-largest in the neighborhood in 2024.
