antor Fitzgerald has acquired a 315-unit luxury apartment complex outside Denver for $93.1 million. The New York-based financial firm, led by Howard Lutnick, purchased The Bromley at Brighton Crossing in Brighton, approximately 25 miles northeast of Denver. Kairoi Residential, the San Antonio-based developer, sold the property.
The three-story complex features studio to three-bedroom units ranging from 540 to 1,350 square feet and offers asking rents between $1,607 and $2,570 per month. This sale is part of a series of recent apartment transactions in greater Denver, including the Beacon House Apartments, Kabin Apartments, and Aventine Littleton.
Cantor Fitzgerald has significant assets under management, with $13.2 billion and $100 billion in trades last year. The firm's CEO, Howard Lutnick, has led the company for 41 years and also controls commercial brokerage Newmark.
