ose Liu is a Senior Financial Analyst at Colliers, specializing in financial analytics and debt advisory services. With over a decade of experience across various asset classes, she has participated in transactions exceeding $1 billion.
Liu's recent notable accomplishments include financing a $300 million portfolio of retail, industrial, and multifamily properties for a large institutional client, as well as arranging a $70 million refinancing for the Research Foundation of the City University of New York.
