    Swanson brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous roles at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, where he managed large portfolios and negotiated over 1,000 transactions spanning 2.5 million square feet. He's achieved an estimated $100 million in cost savings for clients and is now part of Clinical's team to deliver value and results to health care clients.
