The area's laid-back environment and seclusion from the paparazzi make it an attractive option for celebrities. However, owning a home on the Treasure Coast comes with a hefty price tag.

    Here's a breakdown of the property tax bills for some notable residents:

    Jason Aldean owns two properties in Martin County, purchased in 2022 and 2023 for $10.2 million and $2.68 million respectively. His total property tax bill is $126,352.08, with a discount of $96,051.24 if paid before the March 31 deadline.

    Gloria and Emilio Estefan own a home in Vero Beach, purchased in 2002 for $1.35 million, as well as the oceanfront hotel Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa. Their total property tax bill is $182,956.86, with a significant portion attributed to the hotel's assessed value of $9.8 million.

    Other notable residents include:

    * Cole Hauser, who purchased a home in Sewalls Point for $4.2 million and has a property tax bill of $65,522.03.

    * Michael Jordan, who owns an exclusive golf club in Hobe Sound with a property tax bill of $184,197.93.

    * Khalil Mack, who purchased his Vero Beach home for $290,000 and has a property tax bill of $4,192.75.

    * Nick Saban, who bought a $17.5 million home on Jupiter Island and has a property tax bill of $242,640.75.

    * Leslie Wexner, who owns a $55 million home on Jupiter Island with a property tax bill of $868,204.47.

    * Venus Williams, who purchased her $9.6 million Jupiter Island home in 2019 and has a property tax bill of $211,641.51.

    * Tiger Woods, who owns his property on Jupiter Island since 2007 and has a property tax bill of $813,177.43.

    Property taxes can be paid between November 1 and March 31 to receive a discount before the deadline.
