entury 21 has acquired Benefit Realty, a Franklin-based firm located at 7044 South Ballpark Drive, Suite 303. As an affiliated company, Benefit Realty will now operate as Century 21 Benefit Realty.

    The acquisition brings new resources to Benefit Realty, including access to Century 21's technology and marketing tools, agent training and coaching programs, and productivity platform. This expansion has significantly increased Century 21's presence in Wisconsin, with over 75 offices across the state.

    Benefit Realty owner Angela Kallay stated that their affiliation with Century 21 was driven by a desire to enhance service capabilities for clients. The firm, founded in 2004, serves clients in southeastern Wisconsin and specializes in residential, luxury, and commercial properties, including equestrian-focused listings.

    Century 21 President Mike Miedler expressed confidence in Angela Kallay's leadership, saying that the Century 21 brand has a strong presence in Milwaukee and trusts her to fortify their network.
