Notably, Century Real Estate recorded a record ₹507 crores in sales during Q2 FY 2024-25, with key pre-launch projects Codename Built Rare and Codename Unbelievable generating over ₹700 crores before their launch.
Codename Built Rare alone achieved ₹450 crores in the pre-launch phase, highlighting the high demand for luxury residences in prime locations like Indiranagar. Completed projects such as Century Ethos, Century Wintersun, and Century Trails contributed ₹300 crores to the company's overall sales figures.
