hristina Ricci's Los Angeles home, a stunning property in Silver Lake, is now on the market for $4 million. The "Yellowjackets" star purchased the home just eight months ago but has decided to sell due to her family members losing their homes in the Palisades Fire earlier this year. She is looking for a bigger property that can accommodate them.
The 3,396-square-foot home boasts three bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as numerous outdoor and indoor seating areas. A gated entry leads to an all-glass French door opening up into the home, with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls providing seamless indoor-outdoor living.
"This property is truly one of a kind," says listing agent Lorraine Getz from Compass. "What makes this home so special is the attention to detail—from the thoughtful layout that maximizes light and space to the well-crafted floor plan."
The formal dining area features white tile floors, a gray stone wall with artwork, and a table for 10 guests. The open floor plan allows easy access to common areas, including a modern kitchen with unique features like a built-in coffee station, sub-zero refrigerator, wine fridge, and custom cabinets.
One highlight of the kitchen is the large center island that transitions into a breakfast nook. Connected to the kitchen is the living room, which features a gray stone fireplace, flat-screen TV, and sectional sofa. A floor-to-ceiling sliding glass wall provides easy access to an outdoor seating area with scenic views of Los Angeles.
The home's rooftop terrace features a covered lounge area, outdoor dining space, and barbecue. The lower level includes four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as the spacious primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and luxurious ensuite bathroom.
Additional amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub in the backyard. Getz notes that the home is "perched high on a cul-de-sac for ultimate privacy" yet still offers easy access to Silverlake's best spots, including dining, coffee shops, and boutiques.
