Coconut Grove Luxury Condos Set for Boutique Launch with Lore, Element Development

Lincoln Coconut Grove: Boutique Condo Project Advances with Joint Venture Between Lore Development Group and Element Development.

A
boutique condominium project called Lincoln Coconut Grove is moving forward with Lore Development Group and Element Development teaming up on the eight-story, 48-unit building at 2650 Lincoln Avenue in Miami's Coconut Grove neighborhood. The developers secured zoning approval and a height and density waiver last week and plan to secure construction permits by next year, aiming for a June 2025 groundbreaking.

Sales will begin later this month with One Sotheby’s International Realty, offering units starting at around $1.5 million. The condos will feature one- to four-bedroom units with home offices or dens, designed by Miami-based Paredes Architects and interior design firm Design Philosophy, along with a Brazilian facade by Cité Arquitetura.

The 91,000-square-foot building will include amenities such as a gym, owners’ lounge with a golf simulator, co-working space, pool with cabanas and summer kitchens, and dog park. The developers plan to secure construction financing through Berkadia next year but declined to disclose the loan amount.

Located north of recent condo developments in Coconut Grove, including Grove at Grand Bay and Park Grove, the Lincoln Coconut Grove project is also near a Four Seasons-branded condo project planned by Fort Partners and Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group just south of the site.
