Codina Partners in Coral Gables has promoted Luis Castellon to executive vice president of development, overseeing all aspects of development across the firm's portfolio. Castellon joined Codina as a vice president in 2017 after spending 10 years at Related Group.
Eagle Property Capital in Miami has brought on Barry Chase as a partner and managing principal, leading strategy and execution while developing institutional relationships and mentoring senior management. Prior to Eagle, Chase was executive chairman of Belay Investment Group in Los Angeles.
Township Capital in West Palm Beach has hired Alex O'Brien as vice president of asset management, joining from Realogic Analytics in Chicago. Township also recently hired Jonathan Sparacio as director of finance. Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors has tapped Jonathan Lickstein as its president for 2025, with a focus on member engagement and education.
Weiss Law in Boca Raton has added real estate attorney Shara Pipitone as senior counsel, previously serving as senior counsel at DarrowEverett in Miami.
