outh Florida real estate firms made several key hires ahead of the holiday season. Colliers brought in Michael Osiecki as a vice president, focusing on office services at its Boca Raton office. Osiecki joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent over a decade and most recently served as a director.
In Fort Lauderdale, Dimension Hospitality hired Ralph Thiergart as executive vice president for strategy and chief of staff. He previously worked with AAHOA, the nation's largest hotel owners association, as vice president of franchise relations and education.
Kolter Group's hospitality division promoted John Beaton to executive vice president of operations and Sara Martinez to senior vice president of commercial sales. Both have been with Kolter Hospitality for several years: Beaton since 2018 and Martinez since 2023.
Native Realty in Fort Lauderdale added two new associates, Logan Newell and Kaia Pipkin. Newell joins as a senior associate focused on commercial real estate, bringing experience from Level Realty and over $300 million in deals under contract in the past year. Pipkin returns to Native Realty as a commercial sales associate after interning with the firm.
Compass also made several hires, including The Bloom Haym Group, consisting of Michael Bloom, Beth Bloom, and Melanie Bloom Haym, who joined from Douglas Elliman's Boca Raton office. The trio closed over $81 million in deals last year.
