olombia again led global web searches for South Florida real estate in November 2024, according to a new report by the MIAMI Association of REALTORS. This marks the 32nd consecutive month that Colombia has been among the top two countries searching Miami real estate.

    India, which had representatives at the Global Congress last month, posted its second consecutive top three search month for Miami real estate. "It's clear that Miami is a city of the future and welcomes all countries and cultures," said Gus Fonte, 2024 MIAMI Chairman of the Board.

    In November 2024, 143 countries searched MiamiRealtors.com, with the top 10 including countries from four continents: North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. The top 10 countries searching MiamiRealtors.com in November 2024 were:

    1. Colombia (11.2%)

    2. Russia (8.1%)

    3. India (6.8%)

    4. Venezuela (6.5%)

    5. Argentina (6.2%)

    6. Spain (5.6%)

    7. Philippines (5.4%)

    8. Germany (4.7%)

    9. Canada (4.5%)

    10. China (4.2%)

    Colombia also purchased the most South Florida real estate among foreign countries in 2023, according to the MIAMI Association of REALTORS' 2023 Profile of International Home Buyers. Colombian buyers accounted for 15% of all international purchases in South Florida.

    New York registered the most domestic Miami real estate web searches in November 2024, and was also the top state for out-of-state buyers in the South Florida area in 2023. The top 10 U.S. states searching MiamiRealtors.com in November 2024 were:

    4. California

    5. Texas

    6. Ohio

    8. North Carolina
