olorado developer The Garrett Companies bought a 12.6‑acre Englewood site for $15.14 million to build Garrett Park Meadows, a 317‑unit complex at 8600 S. Valley Highway. The project will include a clubhouse and six four‑story buildings with one‑, two‑ and three‑bedroom units; construction has already started. CBRE’s Eric and Martin Roth, with Vice Chairman Chris Cowan, handled the sale for Grace Chapel. Eric Roth praised the location’s walkability to restaurants, shopping, public transit and the County Line Light Rail Station via a pedestrian bridge. Near the Denver Tech Center, the site should attract local workers. Founded in 2014, Garrett Companies operates in 22 states and recently completed The Pendant Southlands, Ara Townhomes & Flats, and Rewind at Crest. The firm also plans two new communities in Longmont and Colorado Springs, worth $145 million.
