The Orchard Town Center in Westminster is experiencing a retail renaissance with five new additions: Activate, an immersive gaming destination; Pandora, the jewelry chain; Swing 365 Golf, a golf simulator spot; Postino WineCafe, bringing its signature wine and charcuterie boards to Colorado's sixth location; and PF Chang's, the national Asian food chain.
In Denver, Newmark reported that 11th Avenue Residential LLC purchased 7,804 office square feet at 1660 17th St. for $3.4 million from Struby Warehouse First Floor LLC. Meanwhile, DP Media Network LLC subleased 5,909 office square feet in Englewood.
Kentwood Commercial Real Estate announced two deals: Support Management Properties LLC acquired a 24,795-square-foot office building at 6775 E. Evans Ave. for $2.65 million from Lansing Family LLC; and Flatirons Field Services LLC leased 8,552 office square feet in Westminster.
MMG reported the sale of a nine-unit apartment building at 1362 Lafayette St. to 1362 N Lafayette St LLC for $1.5 million. Malman Commercial Real Estate facilitated the purchase of an industrial condo by The Learned Company LLC at 775 S. Jason St. for $1.19 million.
Impact Commercial Real Estate announced two deals: Pyre Vape leased 1,452 retail square feet in Centennial; and U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) leased office space in Lone Tree. Antonoff & Co. Brokerage Inc. reported that Express Wireless leased industrial space in Aurora.
Deals from deeds included RSP Holdings LLC purchasing a property in Littleton for $1.2 million and Trevino Law, based in Austin, acquiring a retail condo on Blake Street in Denver for $410,000.
