longtime Arvada store is relocating to a new location. Black & Read, a music, games and books store, has leased 16,607 square feet at 7821 Wadsworth Blvd. in a former Dollar General building. The business had been in its previous location for 34 years.

* 5612 Newland Way LLC bought a 6,000-square-foot industrial property at 5612 Newland Way in Arvada for $975,000.
BRD Commercial Group reports the following deals:
* Wheeling Service Center LLC purchased a single-tenant medical office property occupied by Gentle Touch Animal Hospital at 8941 E. Hampden Ave. in Denver for $2.51 million.
* The company also bought a 5,220-square-foot industrial property at 8070 Sheridan Blvd. in Arvada from Pickering’s LLC.

* Mott MacDonald leased 4,608 square feet at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver.
* Poskus Caton & Klein PC leased 3,000 square feet at 303 E. 17th Ave. in Denver.
* Quindar leased 2,797 office square feet at 7375 W. 52nd Ave. in Arvada.
Henry Group Real Estate reports that The Wells Partnership Co. leased 3,703 office square feet at 3773 Cherry Creek North Drive in Denver.
