* Merman Properties Inc and Lighthouse Apts LLC purchasing a 14-unit apartment building in Wheat Ridge for $3.15 million.
* SRR Holdings LLC buying a car wash in Arvada for $3.1 million.
* RCG 90 Washington LLC purchasing a mixed-use retail and apartment building in Denver for $2.65 million.
