he King Soopers-anchored University Hills shopping center along Colorado Boulevard in Denver has sold for $56.5 million. New York-based KPR Centers purchased the 210,000-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center from Ohio-based Site Centers. Tom Lagos of Institutional Property Advisors represented the buyer.
In other deals, Saint Ruler LLC bought a property at 808-810 Santa Fe Drive in Denver for $1.2 million from Vizudio LLC. Crane Games leased 1,216 square feet at 9645 Washington St. in Thornton.
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reported several deals, including Storyline Holdings LLC purchasing 41,163 retail square feet at 14455-14715 W. 64th Ave. in Arvada for $10.1 million from Courtyard on Vine Street LLC and William Penn Apartments LLC. Madison Commercial Properties reported CF Hospitality Inc buying the 94-room Motel 6 at 9920 W. 49th Ave. in Wheat Ridge for $6.15 million.
Colorosa Commercial Properties reported several deals, including The MCC Amigos LLC purchasing 6390 E. 49th Ave. in Commerce City for $1.9 million from Nova Way Investments Inc. Hoff & Leigh reported Rocky Mountain Motors LTD buying 3,400 industrial square feet at 4000 S. Broadway in Englewood for $1.85 million.
Lincoln Property Co. reported Vederra Modular leasing 140,582 square feet at 22100 E. 29th Ave. in Aurora. Axio Commercial Real Estate reported Axis Plumbing and Heating LLC leasing 2,800 square feet at 6264 W. 55th Ave. in Arvada.
Several other deals were reported, including BGJR LLC purchasing 36,188 industrial square feet at 5290 E. 43rd Ave. in Denver for $945,000 from Endiron 43 LLC via Ten-X Auction. A&D 1880 W Evans LLC purchased 1880 W. Evans Ave. in Englewood for $1.24 million from Shrem LLC.
Other deals included GVM LLC purchasing 35 N. Washington St. in Denver for $1.57 million from David C Flaherty Properties LLC, and Colorado Asian Culture and Education Network buying 67 Inverness Drive East Unit C in Englewood for $2.12 million from Creed Development LLC.
