ean Hannity has officially settled into his new life in Florida after announcing his departure from New York earlier this year. To celebrate, he's purchased an expansive waterfront mansion in Manalapan. The property at 1840 South Ocean Boulevard was acquired by the 1840 South Ocean Boulevard Trust, with Hannity's attorneys Christopher Reeves and Jay Sekulow serving as trustees alongside William G. Lako, Jr.

    The 12,000-square-foot estate boasts eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and a prime location spanning from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway. The property was renovated by its previous owner and features a unique layout with a main house, pool, dock on the Intracoastal side, and a one-bedroom beach house on the ocean side.

    Hannity's real estate purchase is not his first in South Florida; he also owns an oceanfront townhouse in Palm Beach that he bought for $5.3 million in 2021. The area has become a hub for conservative media and politics, with notable figures like Donald Trump, Bret Baier, Roger Ailes, and Rush Limbaugh having ties to the region.
