onstellation Real Estate Group, a leading provider of real estate technology solutions, has bolstered its senior leadership team with the addition of four new executives. Scott Petronis, Mark Mathis, Greg Beckman, and Elisha Elliott will assume vice president roles at the company this year, bringing extensive experience in product development, sales, and customer experience.
The hires come on the heels of Constellation's rebranding under a single umbrella, Constellation1, which unified its seven subsidiaries: Market Leader, Top Producer, Showcase IDX, Diverse Solutions, Zurple, Smartzip, and Offrs. The company aims to leverage these new leaders to enhance its offerings for real estate professionals nationwide.

"These new hires are a strategic investment in our mission to create a seamless and efficient experience for all parties involved."
Petronis, with 25 years of leadership experience in both real estate and technology, will oversee product development as senior vice president. He previously held CTO roles at Inside Real Estate and eXp Realty.
Mathis, now senior vice president of enterprise sales, joins Constellation from LoopNet and Homes.com, where he honed his skills in sales leadership and customer experience.
Beckman, senior vice president of technology, brings expertise in product development and cloud transformation from Avanti Software and CARFAX Canada. He will focus on developing the company's product suite.
Elliott, senior vice president of customer experience, will bridge the gap between Constellation's technology solutions and consumers. She joins from Avanti Software, where she led client experience initiatives.
