CoreLogic, a trailblazer in real estate data and analytics, has unveiled a new identity that embodies its growth and commitment to connecting professionals. The rebranding effort, which introduces the name Cotality, reflects the company's evolution into a leader in property information and data-driven solutions.

"This transformation is about harnessing innovation to unite property experts," said Patrick Dodd, President and CEO of Cotality. "Our insights empower businesses to turn questions into tangible futures." The rebranded company boasts a portfolio of renowned products, including Matrix, an MLS platform, and Realist, a property information tool used by brokers and agents.

Meanwhile, Lone Wolf Technologies has launched Relationships, a game-changing CRM solution that streamlines client management. By syncing with existing Google or Outlook accounts, the new offering eliminates complexities and frustrations associated with traditional CRMs. "Relationships will revolutionize how we interact with clients," said Laurie Weston Davis, CEO of Better Homes & Gardens Luxury Lifestyle Properties Partner Real Estate.

In another development, Tuesday, a social app designed to enhance MLS data interaction, is set to debut on NorthstarMLS on March 25. Founded by Coleton Boyer, the app aims to create community and foster real-time information sharing among professionals. "Tuesday brings people together in a private environment where they can view and comment on listings," said Tim Dain, CEO of NorthstarMLS.
