Other transactions: 15 Galatia St. sold for $168,000 (1,512 sq ft, 3 beds, 1 bath, built 1890); 9 Galatia St. sold for $160,000 (1,292 sq ft, 2 beds, 2 baths, built 1880); 1 Brink St. sold for $130,000 (3,540 sq ft, 6 beds, 2 baths, built 1890); 120 Route 200A sold for $73,000 (3 beds, 1 bath, built 1986). All sales were finalized between Oct. 29 and Oct. 30, except 45 Evergreen St., finalized Sep. 23. These prices reflect titles recorded during the week of Nov. 29–Dec. 7, even if the sales occurred earlier.
